Kylie Minogue Expands Her 2011 UK Tour


Kylie Minogue has added even more shows to her UK arena tour next year.
In March and April, the Aussie star will now perform to fans on ten dates - after just announcing four extra concerts.

The new events will be staged in Glasgow, Manchester and in London, as well as a show at Cardiff Arena - the first time Kylie has performed in Wales since 2002.

"I am thrilled to be able to start the UK tour in Wales and can’t wait to get back there," Minogue says ahead of the concerts. "Preparations are well underway and I‘m really looking forward to getting back on stage."

Bonnaroo sets 2011 festival dates


Bonnaroo has set June 9 -12 as its dates for its annual four day fest for 2011.

The Manchester, Tenn., event will have a special pre-sale beginning the day after Thanksgiving, Black Friday, on Nov. 26. Fest and music fans can purchase tickets via bonnaroo.com and opt in for a “special payment plan” to finance the $200+ ticket.

Organizers announced that the lineup would be rolled out starting in late January/early February.

Let the rumor mill begin.

Last year’s headliner lineup included Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder, Kings of Leon and Dave Matthews Band, in addition to special comedy host and showman Conan O’Brien, lending rep to the four-day fest’s comedy stage.

Mariah Carey Doesn't Celebrate Her Birthday


Mariah Carey believes that not celebrating birthday gives her more freedom. The 41-year-old singer - who is expecting her first child with husband Nick Cannon.

'don't have birthdays. Literally. If anyone wished me happy birthday, I'd be like, 'Who are you talking to?' It's about not being tied down to anything.' she said.

The 'Hero' hitmaker was of the view that Mariah don't like any kind of constraints and strictness in her life and she lives outside of the usual restraints of society and has no interest in being on time for anything

She reported to newspaper that "'Honestly I don't think I'm normal. I don't think my life has been quite normal. I disregard time, you don't see me wear a watch. I don't adhere to modern rules or the normal rules of time.'

Mariah thinks she is a dream employer because she cares about her staff.

She said: ' can be difficult but I'm pretty nice compared to most people I've seen do what I do. If you want to work for someone difficult, work for a bank or company where people don't care about you. I take care of a lot of people and it's not easy.'
